Kargonuzu kime neye gore teslim ettiklerini dahi bilmiyorlar .. kargom bana iletilmedi takibini sormak için müşteri hizmetleri ile görüştüm önemli bi evrak gönderecekseniz bizimle göndermeyin ptt kargoyu kullanın diyecek kadar güven sorunu olan bi cevapla karşılaştım.
Such an important company should have employees who know their professional responsibility. They don't even know to whom they delivered your cargo.. My cargo was not delivered to me. I contacted customer service to ask for tracking.
