★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargomun dağıtıma çıktığı söyleniyor. Üzerinden kaç saat geçti arayan soran yok. Arıyorum telesekreter tarzı bir şey çıkıyor bilgilerimi giriyorum tuşlama yapmadığınız için deyio kapatıyor. Hatalı bilgi verdiniz diyor kapatıyor. Bu ne ya. Yetkili kimseyle görüşemeyecek miyim ben. Bu ne saçmalıktır. Defalarca arıyorum telesekreterden çalışana dahi ulaşamıyorum.

zero service.. the way the lady in the branch speaks is very disrespectful.. in general, aras cargo is getting worse day by day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son zamanlarda cok kabalar. Hem bulundugumuz bolgeye eve getirmiyorlar, hem de kargo subeye ulasir ulasmaz ayni gunde "iade isleminiz baslatilacaktir!" diye mesaj yolluyorlar!! Pes dogrusu.
They've been so rude lately. They don't bring it home to the region we are in, and as soon as the cargo reaches the branch, on the same day, "your return process will be started!" They are sending a message!! Quite right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargomuz çok.gec geldi..telefonla kesinlikle ulaşamıyoruz. Bilgi verilmiyor. Muhatap yok karşınızda.. adrese teslim diye parasi ödenen kargoyu gelmediği için gidip kendimiz teslim aldık. Surat bir karış.. özür bile dilemediler..kimseye tavsiye etmem
Our cargo arrived very late. We cannot reach you by phone at all. No information provided. There is no contact person in front of you. We went and received the cargo ourselves, since the cargo that was paid for was not delivered to the address. Face one inch.. they didn't even apologize.. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
