★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezil bir sirkettt. Kargoyu eve getirmeye bile tenezzul etmiyorlar. Once geldikleri adrese tektarr gelmiyorlar. Takip sorgulamaya girdiginde ise adres yetersiz telefon numarasi yok diye geciryorlar. Musteri hizmetlerini aradigimda ise butun bilgileri istiyorlar buna telefon numarasi dahil. Her aradigimda ise baska bahane. Sizin becerip yapamadiginiz isin ben taaaaaaaa .....!!!!!!!!
It's a terrible company. They don't even stoop to bring the cargo home. First, they don't come back to the address they came from. When the interrogation is followed, they pass the address because there is not enough phone number. When I call the customer service they want all the information, including the phone number. Every time I call, there's another excuse. I'm taaaaaaaa if you can't do it ..... !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aksama kadar evde kargo bekledim aksam üstü siteden takip icin tekrar baktigim da sisteme evde alıcıya ulaşamadık diye geri gittiğini idda ediyorlar halbuki ben 4 gözle bekliyorum kargoyu gelse diye düpedüz sahtekarlık.
I waited for cargo at home until the evening, I look at the site for tracking, and they claim that they went back to the system because they could not reach the buyer at home, whereas I am looking forward to seeing that the cargo is coming, just a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışan kuryeler ile ilgili bir sıkıntı yok, hatta kuryeler çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Ama orada paket alımına bakan bir kadın malesef kuryeler kadar saygılı değil.
There is no problem with the couriers working, even the couriers are very helpful. But a woman who takes care of the parcel out there is unfortunately not as respectful as the couriers.
