★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I posted some medicine, no one mentioned anything about no medicine is accepted for post via Aras kargo, 2 days later I went back to my local aras kargo office to get my tracking number only to found out they have opened my envelop without permission and it took me over 10 days to get my postage money back and that was with threat of legal action, it looks like it is very badly run business, the level of service is almost non existent,avoid if practicable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst cargo company in Antalya! They don’t deliver, but send things back without letting you know. The favourite reasons are ‘wrong address’ and ‘the customer didn’t accept the package’. Then when you go to the office to find your cargo there is a queue of ten people in front of you and you need to wait half an hour only to be told they sent it back. Absolutely dreadful
