Aras kargo merkezi ya da satıcı firmalar hala neden önlem almaz anlamıyorum. Puanı 2.1. Kaç olması gerekiyor insanlarin daha fazla mağdur olmaması için.

A branch that delivers cargo fast. The staff are very polite and help you when you have a problem. I would definitely recommend them to those who are considering working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargolarımı asla getirmiyorlar. Şubede bekletip geri yolluyorlar. Asla arayıp bilgilendirmedikleri gibi telefonla da ulaşamıyorum. Adres yanlış gibi saçma bahaneleri var. İğrenç.
They never bring my cargo. They keep it at the branch and send it back. I can't be reached by phone as they never call and inform. They have ridiculous excuses like the address is wrong. Disgusting.

Impossible to reach by phone. They diverted my cargo to a very unrelated place. Their justification is "we don't have a distribution" branch is 3 blocks away from me. The forwarded branch is in another county. Service is zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumartesi 15.00' kadar kargo alınırken 14.00' da kargomu almadılar, 13.00' a kadar getirmem gerekiyormuş, başka bir şubeye gittim koştur koştur, sağolsun orada 14.40 gibi götürmeme rağmen yardımcı oldular, personelin müşterilere karşı tavrı umursamaz ve kötü, çözüm odaklı değil, yokuş odaklı.
