★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanıyorum bu kadar iyi bir şubeye/firmaya rastlamayalı bayağı zaman olmuş. İade edeceğim ürünü kurye ile aldılar. Süresi geçmiş iade kodu ile yollamışım maalesef. Fark eder fark etmez aradım, özür dileyip durumu anlattım; çok kibar bir şekilde ilgilenip hemen işlem yaptılar. Yıllar oldu; söylenmeden, kibarca "arada böyle şeyler başımıza gelebiliyor, hiç sorun değil." diyen bir kargo çalışanına rastlamamıştım. Telefondaki beyefendiye de, yıllardır kargolarımızı getiren beyefendiye de ayrı ayrı çok teşekkürler. Müşteri ilişkilerinizin güzelliği daim olsun.
I think it's been a while since I came across such a good branch/company. They took the product I was going to return by courier. Unfortunately, I sent it with an expired return code. As soon as I noticed, I called, apologized and explained the situation; They took care of it very politely and took action right away. It's been years; without being said, politely "Things like this happen to us once in a while, it's okay." I haven't come across a cargo worker who says so. Special thanks to the gentleman on the phone and to the gentleman who brought our cargo for years. May your customer relations always be beautiful.

Herkes kafasına göre hareket ediyor, ne telefonlara bakan nede müşteriye gerçekten kaliteli hizmet sunan var, para gelsin de nasıl gelirse gelsin aynen öyle, umarım yakında gerçekten kalitesi olam ve bu işe hakim olabilecek güçlü bir firma hepsini hizaya sokar.
Unfortunately, all the cargoes have declared their freedom, the state has no control mechanism or norm.
