★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şubeden şubeye değişiklik gösteren bir hizmet anlayışları var. Ankara Elmadağ şubesi oldukça iyi en azından arayınca telefonu açıyorlar. Genel merkezin şubeleri bir hizmet standardına uydurması lazım.
They have a service concept that differs from branch to branch. Ankara Elmadag branch is very good, at least they pick up the phone when I call. Headquarters needs to adapt the branches to a service standard.
