★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O kadar özensiz bir kargo ki 1 haftadır kargom şubede bekliyor. Mobil dağıtımda çıkacak dedikleri gün asla gelmedi her zaman boyle yapiliyorlar. Getirdikleri zaman da aksam 20.00-21.00 da getiriyorlar bu nasil bir düzen ?
 It is such a sloppy cargo that I have been waiting at my branch for 1 week. The day they say will come out in mobile distribution never came, they are always made like that. When they bring it, they bring in between 20.00-21.00, what kind of order is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aras kargo şirketinde iade saatleri hafta içi 12/13 saatleri arasında cumartesi günlerinde ise 11/12 saatleri arasındaymış. Sistem sadece o saatlerde açılıyormuş. Böyle bir çalışma prensibi müşteri memnuniyeti ilkesi ile ne kadar uyumlu merak ediyorum. İade etmek istediğimiz ürünü götürdüğümüzde saati değil saatinde gelin gibi bir yaklaşım işi hizmet vermek olan özel bir kurum için oldukça yakışıksız. Farzedelim ki benim mesaim sürekili o saatlerde o zaman ürünümü iade edemeyecek miyim?
Aras kargonun böyle saçma bir uygulamaya son vermesinin mantıklı olacağı fikrindeyim. Ayrica kargo seçeneği bulunan alış verilerinizde bu iade saati uygulanasını göz önünde bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim
The return hours at Aras Cargo Company were between 12/13 on weekdays and 11/12 on Saturdays. The system only opened at those hours. I wonder how compatible such a working principle is with the customer satisfaction principle. When we take the product we want to return, it is rather unsuitable for a private institution, whose approach is to provide a service like a bride, not a clock. Suppose that I cannot return my product at that time during my working hours?
I think it would be logical for Aras cargo to end such an absurd application. Also, I recommend that you consider this return time application in your purchase data with shipping option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonları açıp açıp cevap vermiyorlar kargolar en az 4 gün şubede bekliyor hiç memnun değilim son yaşadığım bir hadiseden ötürü savcılığa şikayet edeceğim.
They don't answer the phone by picking up and answering. The cargoes are waiting at the branch for at least 4 days. I am not satisfied at all. I will complain to the prosecutor's office because of a recent incident.

Sadece kafalarına göre belirledikleri saatte iade alıyorlar. Başka saatte Sistemi kapattık şu saatler arasında gelin diyorlar. Sistemi kapattıysanız dükkanı da kapatın aq. Allah kimsenin işini dinar kargoya düşürmesin.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees of the cargo do not care about anything. They have no desire to help in the slightest. They only get refunds at the time they set for themselves. They say we closed the system at another hour, come between these hours. If you turned off the system, close the shop too. May God not let anyone's work be in the cargo of dinars.
