The delivery courier at the Diclekent branch is very disrespectful and does not do his job. I'm calling the office to complain to the courier, no one picks up the phone. Literally one hell of a cargo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ google mapste şimdiye kadar hiçbir firmaya 1 yıldız vermemiştim. 4gündür şubeye ulaşmış olan kargom hakkında bana bhiçbir bildirimde bulunulmadı. allahtan kendim baktım da kargo takip sayfasından gördüm. şubeye ulaşmaya çalışıyorum, abartısız 3 saattir ulaşamıyorum. mesaide olduğum için gidemiyorum da. telefonları ya açmıyorlar, ya açıp kapatıyorlar, ya diğer şubeye veya santrale otomatik yönlendirme yapıyorlar. kendimizi paralamasak kargoyu geri gönderecekler muhtemelen adres bulunamadı vb bir yalan ile.
I have never given 1 star to any company on google maps. No notification has been given to me about my cargo that has reached the branch for 4 days. Thank god I looked it up myself and saw it on the cargo tracking page. I'm trying to reach the branch, I can't reach for 3 hours without exaggeration. I can't go because I'm at work. They either do not pick up the phones, turn them on or off, or make automatic forwarding to the other branch or switchboard. If we do not tear ourselves apart, they will send the cargo back, probably with a lie, etc. The address could not be found.
