A terrible business, they call me by phone, I'm at the sink, I call back in 1 minute, they don't open, then come and get your cargo from the branch. Disgrace

There is no delivery service to the address. THEY SAY BRIDE ALIN, WHEN THE INTERNET ORDERS ESPECIALLY HAVE DELIVERY TO ADDRESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ARAS GÜNAYDIN adı altında gönderi gönderdim kurumun belirttiği tarihler arasi gönderim teslim olmadı ve aras günaydın adı altında degil normal kargo olarak gönderildiği söylendi. Müşteri hizmetleri hiç ilgilenmedi ve beklenilen hizmet yerine getirilmedi.
I sent a shipment under the name of ARAS GÜNAYDIN, the delivery between the dates specified by the institution was not delivered and I was told that it was sent as normal cargo, not under the name of Aras Günaydın. Customer service was not interested at all and the expected service was not fulfilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abartısız 2 dakika içinde minicik dalamanda en fazla nereye uzaklaştığını anlamadığım firma. kargo gelecek diye kapılarda mı bekleyelim. iyi yönünden bakmak lazım belkide ışınlanmayı buldular (işlerine gelmediği zamanlarda)? rezalet ötesi 200 kişiye tek personel yetişemiyomuşta bilmem ne.bide üste çıkmaya çalışıyolar azarlar gibi :') herkesin işini layığıyla yapması lazım.. tekrar size mecbur kalırsam ki yine aynı sorunu yaşayacağız, eminim. "şubeye gelip kargomu almak zorunda kaldığımda" çay ikram ederseniz sevinirim..?
I don't understand where it went the farthest in a tiny dive in 2 minutes without exaggeration. Should we wait at the gates for the cargo to arrive? maybe they've found teleportation (when it doesn't work for them) . I would appreciate it if you would offer me tea "when I have to come to the branch and pick up my cargo"..?
