★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo aracı evime gelmeden bayiye geri gitmiş. Bayi çalışanları mesaj atıp " kargonuzu almazsanız geri gönderilecektir" dedi. Gittiğim de ise sistemin oto mesajattığını söylediler. Hiç inandırıcı değildi.
The cargo vehicle went back to the dealer before it arrived at my house. Dealer employees sent a message and said, "If you do not receive your cargo, it will be sent back". When I went, they said that the system was sending auto messages. It wasn't believable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adresimde yanlışlık olmadığı halde, diğer kargo firmaları çok rahat teslimat yapabildiği halde bunlar adres eksik ya da yetersiz deyip Çankırı şubesine geri göndermişler kargoyu. Biz ilçede oturuyoruz şimdi ben kargomu almak için ile mi gideyim yoktan yere??!!!
Although there was no mistake in my address and other cargo companies could deliver very easily, they said that the address was missing or insufficient and sent it back to the Çankırı branch. We live in the district, now should I go to the place to get my cargo??!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aradığım zaman telefonu açıyorlar. Problemlere yapıcı çözümler bulmaya çalışıyorlar. Mahallemiz uzak diye önceden haftada bir iki kez bu tarafa gelebiliyorlardı artık düzenli olarak kargoyu getiriyorlar. Memnunum Aras Kargodan. Çalışanlarına teşekkürler.
They pick up the phone when I call. They try to find constructive solutions to problems. Because our neighborhood is far away, they used to come to this side once or twice a week, now they bring the cargo on a regular basis. I am satisfied with Aras Kargodan. Thanks to your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adrese gelmeden kargoyu kabul etmeyeceğimiz kanaatine varmış... Bende kabul etmediğimi attığı mesaj sayesinde öğrendim neyse ki kendimiz gidip şubeden alabiliyoruz...neticede kimseyi yormaya gerek yok öyle ya... Keşke hiç yıldız vermeme seçeneği olsaydı.
He came to the conclusion that we would not accept the cargo before it arrived at the address... Thanks to the message he sent, I learned that I did not accept it, luckily, we can go and pick it up from the branch. After all, there is no need to tire anyone... I wish there was an option not to give any stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargoyu adrese teslim etmeleri gerekirken edilmiyor, müşteriye nasıl hitap etmesi gerekildiğini bilmeyen insanlar ile çalışılıyor (Ş***ü bey). Türkiye'nin her yerinde aras kargo tercih ediyorum fakat Çankırı şubelerini tekrar tercih etmemem gerektiğini net bir şekilde anlamış oldum.
While they should be delivering the cargo to the address, they are not delivered, they are working with people who do not know how to address the customer (Ş***ü Bey). I prefer Aras cargo all over Turkey, but I have clearly understood that I should not choose Çankırı branches again.
