★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trenyoldan turuncusayfa satıcısından bir sipariş verdim. ARAS KARGO ya beymer şubesine geldi ve adres eksik yetersiz yazılarak tekrar bolvadin şubesine gönderildi. Ne hikmetse yine aynı şey yazıyor teslim edilemedi adres eksik yetersiz. Ya siz dalga mı geçiyorsunuz. Sizin ürünü teslim etmemeniz yüzünden trendyol iade yapmıyor. Ürün sizin şubenizde görünüyor ama iade edilmiyor. Bana mantıklı nedenler söylense anlayışlı olacağım ama yalan yanlış bilgilerle günlerdir bekletiliyorum gerçekten anlayış falan göstermeyeceğim.
I placed an order from the orange seller from the railway. ARAS KARGO came to the beymer branch and the address was written incompletely and was sent back to the bolvadin branch. What a wisdom, it writes the same thing, could not be delivered, the address was missing, not enough. Are you kidding me? Trendyol does not refund because you did not deliver the product. The product appears at your branch but is not returned. If logical reasons are given to me, I will be understanding, but I have been waiting for days with false and false information, I will not really show understanding.

The employee cannot find the address and also says that I gave the wrong address, disrespectfully. I want to pay by credit card they do not accept. I wish I could go to the branch and get it.
