 Why don't you try to do your job properly when there are so many negative comments? Despite my repeated calls, the result is always the same. "You made a missing or wrong keystroke, I'm ending the call". What does it mean? The customer is being mocked, officially!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargoculuk böyle olmamalı.Gün içerisinde kargonuz teslim edilecek diye mesaj geliyor ama malesef teslim edilmiyor. Telefon açıyorsunuz karşıda muhattap yok son olarak adrese teslim kargoyu şubeden alıyoruz, eğer böyle ise adrese teslim ücretini neden alıyorsunuz? Kısacası aras kargo kargocuların yüz karası.
Shipping shouldn't be like this. You get a message that your cargo will be delivered during the day, but unfortunately it is not delivered. You call, there is no interlocutor, lastly, we receive the delivery to the address from the branch. If so, why do you charge the delivery fee to the address? In short, Aras Cargo is a disgrace to the carriers.

Although I did not confirm that I was at my address, I followed the courier with live tracking. It remained at the fixed point for about 3 hours and the message came in the evening as the buyer did not accept the cargo. I will also complain to the Ministry of Transport.
