★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible courier service. Waiting for a parcel from Istanbul to Konakli. For 3 days, the parcel never arrived. By telephone, the operator is deceiving that he could not leave packet at the hotel at the reception. Called the customer, but no one answered. This is a lie. Have not missed calls! The hotel specified that there were no deliveries!
