★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hepsiburadadan aldığım ürünü iade etmek için gittim. İade kodunu vererek teslim ettim. Kargolari karistirmislar benim satıcıya başka bir kargo gitmis. İadem kabul edilmedi o yüzden. Kaç kere aradım cozemediler. Biz çözünce sizi arayacağız dediler kaç hafta oldu hâlâ arayacaklar. Neyse ki pahalı bir şey değildi. Laptop falan alıp da iade edecek olsam İstanbul'a kadar giderim herhalde ya da başka bir şekilde iade etmenin yolunu bulurum. Bunlarla hiç muhatap olmam.
I went to return the product I bought from Hepsiburada. I delivered it with the return code. They mixed up the cargoes, another cargo was sent to my seller. That's why my return was not accepted. I called many times and they couldn't find it. They said they will call you when we solve it, it's been a few weeks and they still will. Fortunately it wasn't expensive. If I were to buy a laptop or something and return it, I would probably go to Istanbul or I would find a way to return it in another way. I have no contact with them.
