★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Günaydın Kargo' özellikli, ertesi gün teslim edilme garantisi olan kargomu İstanbul Mermerciler şubesinden Ankara Akıncı'ya gönderim yaptım. Ancak kargom ertesi gün alıcıya teslim edilmedi ve tekrar tarafıma geri geldi. Bununla birlikte kargomu iade alırken gönderim ücretine ilaveten tekrardan geri gönderim bedeli ödemem gerekti. Hiçbir hizmet almadan gönderim ve iade ücreti ödemek zorunda bırakıldım. Aras Kargo tarafından mağduriyet yaşadım
I sent my cargo with 'Good Morning Cargo' feature, which is guaranteed to be delivered the next day, from Istanbul Mermerciler branch to Ankara Akıncı. However, my cargo was not delivered to the buyer the next day and it was returned to me again. However, when I was returning my cargo, I had to pay the return shipping fee in addition to the shipping fee. I had to pay shipping and return fees without receiving any service. I was victimized by Aras Kargo
