Dozens of procedures have been determined for a subscription process and each step takes days. The only goal is to glare and make things as difficult as possible. This institution, which does not take any measures and imposes no penal sanctions on the illegal use of hundreds or even 1000 megawatts of energy in the east and west, even hits this nation on the back or takes it from the state. Even if they do not receive help and support, it is really painful that they are so incapable of serving this country and its people. Not to mention the fact that it is full of employees who do not completely understand their business by consulting with others and their teammates.
