I receive a message that the cargo has been delivered, I am at home, I am waiting, no one has arrived, I am not at home, so it has not been delivered. They do not earn the money they receive by deserving it in any way. They say you didn't bring your cargo and you weren't at home. When they go to the branch, they talk in a rude and over-the-top style. you are disgraced.

Since I have worked many times, this company unfortunately does not have the desired service, at least compared to its competitors, and its quality is almost non-existent. Their staff are cold and ice cold. Their managers are arrogant, as if they are showing off as number 1 in the market. If the cargo arriving at home is not at home, there is no information. You learn when the cargo is returned. No note, no message.
