Milas Müzesi - Ticaret Lisesi, Köy garajları önünden giden yol, Çevre yoluna çıkar.Yolun sonunda, sol tarafta ŞOK MARKET, sağ tarafta AYGAZ ile YATAŞ bulunmaktadır. Tam karşıda da, dönel kavşak bulunmaktadır. Kavşağın üst tarafında yaya geçidi vardır. Kavşaktan araçla, yaya geçidinden yürüyerek yolun karşısına geçtiğinizde,, MENTEŞ KÖYÜ yolu başlamaktadır. MENTEŞ KÖYÜ yolundan 3 farklı istikametten ARAP YUTANA gidebilirsiniz. 1. TARİF = Menteş Köyü yolunun sol tarafında yürüyüş parkuru bulunmaktadır. Bu yürüyüş parkurunun , yarısında spor malzemeleri bulunmaktadır. İşte buradan sola doğru dere içinde araç yolu başlar. Bu yolun başlangıcında Elektrik direği ve trafosu mevcuttur. Bu kısma kadar gelirken yolun sağında POLAT SONDAJ ile devamında GÖKTEPE PEYZAJ binaları göze çarpar. Bu yol direk,, KAVAK DİBİNE gider.. Kavak Dibinden 10 m. sonra, köyde biter. Yolda biter. Bundan sonra iki küçük yol başlar. Sol taraf tarla içine, sağ taraf ARAP YUTANA gider. 2. TARİF = MENTEŞ KÖYÜ Yolundan direkt köye içine gittiğinizde, Yolun sol tarafında, MENTEŞ CAMİİ - BAYIR ERKEK KUAFÖRÜ , ON-İŞ YUFKA Gördüğünüzde sol tarafa dönünüz. Burada KAVAK DİBİ yön istikametini gösterir ,levha göreceksiniz. Bu dönüş yolunun tam karşısında ise, ÖZ-SA BAKKAL- TEKEL BAYİİ ile 1. KÖY KAHVESİ bulunmaktadır. Bu yoldan sola doğru direk 200 metre gidip, yukarı giden ana yola geçiniz. Köy içinden geçen bu yol KAVAK DİBİNE gider. Yine Midilli Resturant Levhasını takip edin. Kavak Dibinin 10 metre ilerisinde Köyde, yolda biter. İşten buradan karşınıza küçük yol çıkar. Sola giden yol tarla içine, sağ tarafa giden yol ARAP YUTAN YOLUNUN başlangıcıdır. 3.TARİF = MENTEŞ Köyü yolundan, 1. ve 2. tariflerden daha da ileri köy içine girdiğinizde Yolun sonunda, MENTEŞ CAMİ - BAYIR KUAFÖR-ÇOBAN MARKET - 2.KÖY KAHVESİ ( KIRLANGIÇ KAHVE ) -- KÖY MEZARLIĞI na kadar ilerlediğinizde Mezarlığın üstünden,, sola dönünüz. Bu yolun tam karşısında, MENTEŞ MUHTARLIĞI - MENTEŞİ SAĞLIK OCAĞI bulunmaktadır. Biraz aşağısında da OKUL ,bulunmaktadır. Mezarlığın tam üstünden sola doğru giden dönüş yolu, taş parkeli bir yoldur. Bu yol boyunca ilerlerken,, yolun kenarında tek katlı, pembe renkli prefabrik bir ev göreceksiniz, biraz daha ilerlediğinizde Yukarı tarafta 2 katlı kiremit renkli , bir bina göreceksiniz. Yol boyunca birde KÖY ÇEŞMESİ var. Bu yol 6 metre dik bir şekilde aşağıya aşağı doğru iner ve biter. Bundan sonra yukarı taraf, Arap Yutan - Aşağı taraf, KAVAK DİBİ dır. Bu yolda ilerlerken Midilli Resturant Yön Levhalarına size istikamet göstermiştir. Sürekli yukarı ve sola doğru giderseniz,, tarla içine ve özel mülkiyet ait yerlere girmezsiniz. Birde taş parkeli yoldan çıkmazsanız. Arap Yutan Yoluna inersiniz. ARAP YUTAN YOLUNA GİRDİĞİNİZDE = Patika ve dar bir yol sizi yukarı doğru götürür. Yol takip ettiğinizde su sesi duymaya başlarsınız. Bu yol DSİ göletine kadar ilerler. Göletin üst tarafında bu yol dere kenarında biter. Dereden taşlara basarak karşıya geçiniz. Bu dereden sonra,,sola 20 m., daha sonra, yukarı doğru ,400 metre ilerleyin. Bu yolun 10 metre altında dere vardır.Nihayetinde, ARAP YUTANA geldiniz. ARAP YUTAN = 3 metre yüksekten akan, bir şelalesi ile, tamamen sert taşlar içinde, 10 metre eninde 5 metre boyunda, en derin yeri 2 metre olan bir havuza sahiptir. Buraya kadar yürüyerek gelip yüzebilirsiniz. Çok güzel Dağ yürüyüşü yapabilirsiniz. Bu yol daha da yukarılara gitmektedir. Yol yine çay kenarında bitmektedir. Bu seferde çaydan sağa taşlara basarak geçebilirsiniz. Bundan sonrası doğal güzellik. ARAÇLA ARAP YUTANA GİTMEK İÇİN ( 4. NOLU YOL TARİFİ) = Milas'tan OTOGARA giderken, Çevre yolunda, AKGEDİK BARAJI Levhasından sonra sağa dönün. , Baraja 100 m. kala, sağda KANALETLERİN geldiği kısmın altındaki yol direkt ARAP YUTANA gider. Menteş Köy istikametinden Arap Yutana giderseniz, Yolunuz DSİ göletinin üzerindeki derede biter. Buradan otomobil geçmez. Motorlu bisikletlerde geçerken stop ediyor. Bundan sonrası yürüyeceksiniz... HOW TO GO ARAP YUTANA? = Arab yutan is on the upper side of Mentes village. You can get there by the way to Menteş village.
