Return processes are very long. You cannot receive any information about your order. I definitely do not recommend.

Bununla birlikte bana sms olarak gönderilen takip kodunu aramex.com üzerinden sorguladığımda 1 hafta boyunca hiçbir bilgi elde edemedim. Siparişimin teslim olduğu veya yolda olduğunu hiçbir şekilde öğrenemedim. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda sizi ilgili birime aktarıyorum veya tüm çalışanlarımız şu anda dolu sizi daha sonra tekrar arayacağız diyorlar. Fakat sadece bir veya iki kere dönüş sağlandı onda da çözüme ulaşamadık. O kadar bilgi alamadım ki siparişimin kaybolduğunu düşünmeye başladım. Neden takip numaramla hiçbir şey göremediğimin sebebi de şubelerin sisteme bilgi girişi yapamayışıymış böyle saçma bir şey olur mu?? Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Amazon gibi büyük bir firmanın nasıl böyle bir kargo şirketiyle çalıştığını hiç anlamadım. BURSA.
My order, which I returned with the free return option on Amazon.com, arrived at the amazon warehouse approximately 12 days later. However, when I queried the tracking code sent to me via sms via aramex.com, I could not get any information for 1 week. In no way did I find out that my order was delivered or on the way. When I call customer service, they say that I will transfer you to the relevant department or all our employees are currently full, we will call you back later. However, only one or two returns were provided, and we could not reach a solution. I didn't get so much information that I started to think my order was lost. The reason why I can't see anything with my tracking number is that the branches can't enter information into the system, is it such a ridiculous thing?? I definitely do not recommend. I have never understood how a big company like Amazon works with such a shipping company. BURSA.
