Araç Kalesi Kastamonu Kalesine gelebilecek herhangi bir saldırıya karşı önlem almak maksadıyla Dogu Roma(Bizans)’lılar tarafından inşaa edilmiştir.
Beautiful castle built by the Byzantines, used by the Ottomans, recently massacred with restoration. It is on the south of the vehicle and on the vehicle stream. Arac Castle was built by Eastern Roman (Byzantine) people in order to take precautions against any attack that may come to Kastamonu Castle.
