専用の銅製(？)容器にコーヒーの粉を入れます。
次に水を入れます。
電熱器で温められた熱々の砂で容器をゆっくり温めます。
ここで時間をかけて加熱するのが美味しいコーヒーのコツだそうです。
軽く泡立って沸騰して来たら完成でした、フィルターは使わず
コーヒーの粉と一緒にコーヒーをカップに注ぎます。
経営者の店主さんが満面の笑みで、完成です！
粉がコーヒーの中で沈殿するまで数分間待ってから飲みます！
このコーヒーはまろやかで旨いですね～！
最後の問題は、どこまで飲むか？です。
紺青の場合は、どうしても最後に粉が口に入ってきてしまいます^^
