The service office is very small, and according to pandemic conditions, a maximum of one person will be seated in the office, where two employees are serving. Those concerned, there is no promise for them to do their job well. But the conditions are alarming for both the employee and the customer.

Most of the maps show Arçelik services incorrectly. The authorized service and workmanship, interest and courtesy of this place are really above the country standard. If you live in Çankaya, you definitely do not need any other service.

Staff try to help in every way. They replaced the product, which was out of warranty, under warranty.

A comprehensive service with knowledgeable staff. Prices are a little high but there isn't much to do. Don't just spoil the products you have.

They really are the way they should be when it comes to the rules of courtesy and oratory. They sent a service person in a short time. Like other reviews they are a bit expensive in charging. But I think it's worth it for the service received. Do I recommend? Exactly...
