very rude bartender (09.11) in the lobby bar. I wanted 4 beers: 2 with juice (whatever, he has a lot for making drinks, in my country a beer with juice is a normal thing) and two normal. He said very rudely that he would not and that he said that he would not. at the pool bar they had no problem, very nice staff and they always tipped for it. :)I wanted to borrow a tray on lobby bar (for 2 minutes!) to bring the beers to the room, the bartender obviously didn't, he preferred to watch them spill and was rude. This man shouldn't be working here.other staff very nice and helpful, especially in the kitchen and at the reception. :)

Thia is the best holiday of my life. Me and my friends had alot of fun.So much drinks, Spa is very good,the massages are cheap ,all the staff re friendly, rooms are spacious and sea view was good. The food is too much, so many things to eat,.Yasemin waitress is the best,.we will definitey come back. I love Aquaworld Belek

It is really nice hotel, eather you want to have a vacation with a lot of activities eather you'd like to spend it calm and relax. We'd felt like this hotel team took care of us personaly even when we didn't asked for a help. Staying here exceeded our expectations. We’ve just got back from a superb week at this hotel. Lovely grounds and helpful staff. Had a few issues with the second bed in our room but they got it sorted out pretty quickly. Not as luxurious as some of the hotels on Lara Beach and the off season day time entertainment was a bit limited but all in all I would recommend this hotel!

The place is great, clean rooms great environment, they need to work on their service. From point of Entry to last day a supervisor would hardly talk to you let alone greetings. regular employees were OK and tried to be helpful. their restaurants are not that good food is pretty much same everyday, only their desert and breakfast were good and deserve credit. and most of the fun places were closed. like water slide only open one day. parking lot is DIRT lot looks dangerous to park there Couple things they need to work on is CUSTOMER SERVICE , PARKING, AND FOOD.

Lovely greenery and spacious grounds. Directly on a beautiful beach and a great Waterpark. The resort is a bit isolated but Belek Town was only a 15 minute walk and there was a range of shops with a open market. Food was okay but the day entertainment could have been better. I would recommend.

Took the whole family including Grandchildren for the first week in April. We had a suite and two, what they call bungalows, what I would call rooms in a smaller block complex. After the first night we had to get two more rooms as the suite my daughter, fiancee and the grandchildren were staying in was too hot and we found out they don't turn the air conditioning on in the main block when it's out of season! There is quite a lot that isn't open out of season. Luckily from the middle of our stay things did start open so we got a taste of what the place is like in season?. We ended up having a great time. The pools were fantastic, the sea right on the doorstep and being all-inclusive the food and drink flowed (the grandchildren loved the ice-cream parlour). We have already planned to go back in 2 years time

Everything was awesome at this hotel, it is very big and full of beautiful scenery. I couldn’t get enough of the mesmerising nature. The room was very spacious and clean, everything smelled nice, food was good, breakfast and dessert were our favourite, so good! I had my girls birthday there and it was great everyone was so helpful and welcoming, they prepared a special cake in a couple of hours, they gave us a tour around the hotel and prepared a table for us on the beach, many thanks to this amazing staff for making the birthday extra special they filled our hearts with warmth! The only negative thing i would point out is that there were many lizards scattered everywhere outside.. i came across 6 myself and i was only there for two days, it would be great if they can solve this issue because i plan to stay there again this summer!! Overall an amazing staff everyone is so kind and nice, many activities, comfy rooms, good food and a great place to stay, have fun and relax, highly recommend.
