Amazing hotel and fantastic staff, very helpful starting from the manager Omer to the cleaning lady ,Emine! Food is lovely and there are so much choices, most of the time we are full before we have had a chance to try everything. An amazing waterpark with plenty of rides for all age ranges! Very cozy place. The food is very good! I was forcing myself to eat less, because I was afraid not to gain weight. An amazing surprise was the quality of the Wi-Fi signal. It is good even on the beach. The stuff is friendly and respectful. Rooms are cleaned every day. There are minibusses circulating, every 20 minutes from the hotel gate to the center of Kusadassi, for only 1euro per person (in case if you want to go shopping). The ruines of Efes are only half of an hour away, if you are interested in history. I loved it!

There was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel but I think we just set our expectations a little higher. Rooms are quite nice - we had the family room with sliding doors to separate, bathroom ok. The hotel all is massive it'll take at least a day or two to get your bearings. Water park was lovely kids loved it.

I was in Turkey for some work but wanted to take advantage and get some vacation time as well. This hotel was exactly what I wanted for our family for a relaxing and fun time! Between the beach, the pools, the water park, the evening shows and other activities every day was amazing. I have never been able to tire my children out so well lol. At the end of each day My wife and I would laugh at just how exhausted the kids were. We also took the speed boat tour that lasted about an hour and 15 minutes and that was a great experience. There was a large variety of food and plenty of it, although I can’t say the taste was great. However when trying to provide for so many people and from so many different places it did not surprise me. I did really enjoy the grilled chicken. Our room was right next to the entrance of the water park which had a large variety of fun slides and a wave pool. We were on the opposite side of the property from the beach but everything was in very reasonable walking distance. I would no doubt return here in the future even once my children are older.

We spent a fantastic week at this beautiful place. We loved everything- Aqua park, food, facilities, but most of all sailing club, spending most of the time windsurfing and catamaran. A very special thanks to Hüsnü Eken, the best windsurf instructor ever, who could make me enjoying every lesson, and also became a good friend, helped out a lot beyond the sports and just had fun with us in the evenings, telling about Turkish culture, that made us feel we know him forever:-) Hope I would take every chance to windsurf again with Hüsnü)

The hotel environment is very beautiful and a large area belonging to the hotel that can be used by the public. The water park is of average quality, but having a water park next to the hotel for free will be very attractive. The staff are mostly polite but their English is very limited. The cleaning is not good enough and sometimes the rooms are just tidy and the sheets are not changed. There are many mosquitoes and even in the rooms. High quality drinks are not part of the hotel money, the variety of food is great but the quality of food is average. The pools are clean and there are many snacks. But everything is served at a specific time and there is nothing to eat outside of normal hours, for example at 12 o'clock at night there are only two models of soup in very small quantities that do not necessarily taste good. Finally, I recommend this hotel for family vacations and it is a very suitable space especially for children.

I booked a family suite and a standard room directly from hotel and stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel management has to be proud of its personnel. From booking, to check-in, to personnel at the restaurant and bars, to checkout, etc. they are very friendly and helpful. In the hotel there are plenty of activities (indoor pool, billiards, bowling, fitness, backgammon, table tennis, darts, air hockey and and and) and outside tennis courts, beach volleyball, etc.in addition to the outside pools, slides, restaurants and the direct beach;) so i may stay at the hotel for one week and try something different every day! (Some of activities are not free of charge, but at very affordable prices) Some extra pros: - exchange rate to TLR at the hotel is even better that the exchange rate in the city! - hotel provides child-car at a rate of 85 tlr per day - there is a direct dolmuş (cheap public transport minibus) from hotel to Kuşadasi and Selçuk. Some negative things: - cleaning of the rooms especially bathroom and cleaning of the indoor pool have to be improved. - food quality and diversity at the restaurant could be better. Examples are coffee (while tea was great, but coffee was cheap), orange juice, ..

Well what can i say.... me & my family have had the pleasure of visiting Aqua Fantasy twice, once in June 2016 and again in October 2017. Both times we had the best time ever! The facility's on site are amazing, swimming pools, kids play areas, rooms and service, bars and entertainment. I could go on and on. The added bonus is that Kuşadası and its lovely harbour is only a ten minute taxi drive from the resort so you can sight see, take in the Turkish culture and do some cheap shopping. So we now have the pleasure of finally returning to this paradise for 2 weeks this June 2022..... CAN NOT WAIT ;)
