★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience. So far from what we know about Apple. I was truly shocked by the lack of organization and information provided by the Apple store Zorlu center. The staff are so unprofessional and don't understand English, only couple of words keep telling you 'shopping go upstairs' that's it. We waited for 1 hour and 35min in a huge line while 6 to 8 people only are inside the store. No one knew why waiting all this time while the store is basically empty. Cherry on the cake we couldn't enter the store because they closing soon. There's no iPhone 13 at all!
I highly recommend you to NOT go to this Apple store. Go buy from America or Dubai. It's cheaper and better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for minutes to enter in. After getting in the shop, I Waited for 30 minutes to somebody help me. It was a disaster. The staff is always interested in with richer people than me. I could see it with my bare eyes. :((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking for the genius bar to change the battery of my phone and going there on time, they said they couldn’t provide any service to devices that are bought somewhere other than Turkey! Very strange! And in the meantime they could have checked about the origin of my iphone before making an appointment, as they did in the entrance of the genius bar. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where you can get everything but support. Genius bar employees are very inexperienced and I don't want to say they are lying in order not to accept the defective product and change the device, but they are not telling the truth. I witnessed many inconsistent conversations between what different employees said (even between managers!). They scratched the body of my brand new iPhone 12 while replacing the screen, and when I realized this when I got home, I was blamed as if I had scratched it. But they offered me a Silicone Case in return :D Also, when the battery drainage problem of my AirPods Pro was barely visible, they did not do anything to solve my problem. While I was waiting for support, I was directed to claim my rights in court or go to another Apple Store. This is not Apple Support, they are also well aware but they do not care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time 2 hours, horrible service, unfriendly stuff. Because of the plandemic they squeeze you up in a tight line. After waiting for 1.5 hours a stuff member comes up and told me they don’t have Mac books anymore. Then he checked his robot tablet and found one. But the lady inside the store told me it’s sold out. Very bad shopping experience
