 They don't do it by finding a two-and-a-half flaw in the guaranteed device. They do so just to extract money from customers. For a transaction I do not want to do, they say 'if you do not do this, we will not deal with any problem of your phone and we will send it to you. Because I argued with the lady on the phone. My phone delivered a day late. In short, do not send your phone. Apple is an unbecoming service. Do not but do not send. One star is too much for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonun pilini değiştirmek için verdim 2.5 saat sonra alabileceğimi söylediler. Gittiğimde ekran orjinal olmadığı için pili değiştiremeyiz dediler. İçindeki bütün bilgileri silmişler ve ekran koruyucusunu sökmüşler. Madem değiştiremiyorsunuz neden telefonu sıfırladınız ve ekran koruyucusunu söktünüz?
I gave it to change the battery of the phone and they said I could get it after 2.5 hours. When I went, they said we cannot change the battery because the screen is not original. They erased all the information inside and removed the screen protector. If you can't change it, why did you reset the phone and disassemble the screen protector?
