We gave away our old phone and got a new phone. All that needs to be done is to transfer data from one to the other. They made me wait 3 hours for this!!! Reason? Their internet is weak. Supposedly APPLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE BUT NO INTERNET !!! DEFINITELY DON'T GO !!!
