8 daireli yeni Dedeoğlu Apartmanı:
Yeniköy'de bulunabilecek en sakin apartmanlardan biri. Bir sene 2 ev arkadaşımla beraber 2+1'de kaldım evimize kim geldiyse genişliğinden bahsetti. Ev sahibimiz Nurcan ve Şermin abla kusurlarımız olduğunda bile hep güler yüzlü sevecen tavırlarla bizimle ilgilendi.
Kimler için:
Kendinizi Muğla'daki öğrencilerle aynı kefeye koymadan objektif bir görüşle sessiz bir kiracı olduğunuzu düşünüyorsanız(duvarlar çok ses geçiriyor), gerçekten sakin bi ortamda yaşamak istiyorsanız ve Kötekli'nin çilesinden sıyrılmak isteyenler için mükemmel bir yer.
İnternet:
İnternet fiber altyapılı, biz 24 Mbps kullandık 24'den aşağı hiç inmedi, muhtemelen 35'e kadar destekliyor.
Port yetersizliğinden dolayı sene başında biraz problem olmuştu 3-4 hafta. Sonunda o konuya bile Nurcan Abla sağolsun el atıp aynı hafta internetimiz bağlanmıştı. Yine de internet bağlama işini kesin karar aldığınız anda araştırmaya başlayın.
Isıtma:
Isıtma işiyle dışarıdan gelen birisinin gelip ilgilendiği söylendi. Her zaman olması gereken zamanda açık değildi. Ancak soğuk zamanların %80-90'ında açıktı. Sağolsunlar ev içinde soğuktan bahsedip de hiç gidip uyarmadan sesimizi duyup hemen açtıkları da olmuştu.
Ulaşım:
Gideceğim yerlere her zaman geç kalan biri olduğum için yolda harcadığım süreleri genelde ölçen biriyim.
Ev->Meydan durak:::
-Hızlı adımlarla veya deparla: 5 dk
-Normal hızda: 5-7 dk
Ev->Son durak (Göbek):::
-Hızlı adımlarla veya deparla: 4-5 dk
-Normal hızda:6-7 dk
Geç kaldığınız zamanlarda Cedit market tarafından meydandaki durağa gidin otobüsün son duraktan kalkıp meydana ulaşması 0,5-1,5 dakika arası sürüyor. Ör.: Son duraktan kalkış 8:00 ise meydan durağına 8:01'de ulaşıyor.
Elektrik-Su
Su faturası ne hikmetse 8 ayda sadece 1-2 defa 10 TL üstünde gelebildi. Elektrik malesef çok pahalı 3 kişi (1'i sporcu, 1'i bilgisayar oyuncusu) şofpen, fırın, su ısıtıcı, 2 laptop, 1 masaüstü oyuncu bilgisayarı (genellikle tam gün açık), A+ buzdolabı ve çamaşır makinesi ile hep 150-210 TL elektrik faturası geldi. Elektrik belki normaldir ama benim alışık olmadığım ücretti.
Bonus:
Fen Lisesinin yolundan gelirken apartmana varmadan hemen öncesinde bir köy evi var. İnek, keçi, tavuk besleyen bir aile. Onlardan siparişle keçi veya inek sütü alabilirsiniz.
Özel tavsiyem:
Ben deneyeyim sonra çıkarım diyip rahat davranmayın. Sözleşme imzalıyorsunuz, durduk yere problem olmayın. Kararlı ve saygılı biriyseniz burada hayat size güzel.

Dedeoglu Apartment with 8 apartments:
One of the quietest apartments in Yeniköy. I stayed with my 2 roommates for a year in 2 + 1 who talked about the width of our house. Our host Nurcan and Şermin always took care of us with friendly attitude even when we had a sister.
For whom:
If you think you are a quiet tenant with an objective view (walls are sounding too) without putting up with the students in Muğla, it is the perfect place for those who want to live in a really quiet environment and want to get out of Kötekli's ordeal.
Internet:
With the Internet fiber infrastructure, we have used 24 Mbps, never went down from 24, possibly up to 35.
There were some problems at the beginning of the year due to lack of port 3-4 weeks. In the end, Nurcan Abla thanks to the subject even though our hands were thrown internet connected the same week. Nevertheless, start the search as soon as you decide to make an internet connection.
Heating:
He was told that someone from outside came to the heating business to take care of it. It wasn't always clear when it should have been. However, 80-90% of the cold times were open. They were cold, they talked about the cold in the house and went to the sound of hearing without warning.

Electric-Water
Water billseta 8 months in only 8 times over the 10 bill could come. Electricity is very expensive 3 people (1 sportsman, 1 computer player), chimneys, oven, water heater, 2 laptop, 1 desktop player computer (usually full day open), A + refrigerator and washing machine always 150-210 TL electricity bill came. The electricity is maybe normal, but it's free.
Bonus:
Science High School has a village house just before the apartment. A family of cows, goats, chickens. You can buy goat or cow milk with them.
My special advice:
I'll try, then take it easy not to leave. You sign a contract, don't be a problem. If you are determined and respectful, life here is nice to you.
