Burada çalışanların silah kullanma yetkileri yoksa işler kötü çünkü dağın başı şu anda ne polis var ne jandarma yakınlarda. Hem çevre için hem de orda çalışanlar için tehlikeli bir durum.
It was said that the out-of-bounds would be built as a gathering place for immigrants while under construction. But it was a prison-like place, I don't think there were any quarters in it.
