All compliments to employers in Konyaaltı and the service they provide but call center and general management is the worst I have ever experienced. 8 days money didn't reach Bosnia because of lack information they were supposed to ask and have. Call service sucks! They don't speak English neither they want to talk with someone else. I strongly not recommend this way of sending money abroad. If someone needs money urgently, this is not address you should go to send! People are not professional, they are playing with your nervs and words. They are so irresponsible.
