Antalya Private Life Hospital

Abysmal care at this hospital. I was seen in the emergency room for a broken leg and they sent me home with NO follow-up instructions, nor ANY medical records or x-rays. When I had to contact them by email to request these records - and AFTER sending them a copy of my passport - they then found and stalked me on Facebook. Disturbing to say the least, and I'm receiving my follow-up care at another facility. Caveat emptor.

Giving two because the staff where so nice and helped alot. Also i am not saying hospital bad My coordinator was horrendous,constantly trying get money off you and once give her what we agreed on , i barely seen or heard from here , wasn't even told when to shower, and SHE TELS U HOW UR FEELING, gets patients help her carry bags into hotel to sell bags and scars which i thought was better unprofessional, i left day 9_ and only then she told me i had stitches be removed in near died because phobia, wasn't informed of anything than get told imnSTUIPD "BECAUSE HOW ELSE U HELD TOGETHER,my friends all went IRMET hospital and amazing expensive no hotels fk all needed full mummy make over all in 4k me.....near 11k plus items do scars i wanted (under ) i got large ones n nevsd new that. O thought surgeon DR GAKHAN was good but when reached out because breast had open wound and not doing well he wouldn't call me , absolutely joke after care n that's only couple examples???????????

Had some health issues during my trip to Turkey and received treatment at this hospital-staying there over a 3 day period. I was really impressed with the staff and the hospital overall. From the moment I arrived there was a translator with me during all consultations and they were available 24/7 for any questions (although many Doctors, Nurses & Staff do speak English). The level of care I received in general was great, all tests were fast and thorough and the nurses in particular were amazing, even with a difficult patient like me! Thanks again to all of the nurses on floor 6, I really cannot thank you enough. The only negative thing I would say about my stay in the hospital was that I didn't really like the food and I didn't eat much of it... But hey, I didn't go there for the food, and hospital food is notorious pretty much everywhere anyway! There were some great places along the street -Tavuk Dunyasi I would strongly recommend, looks basic but the food is top notch and great value. The area its located in is pretty nice and modern. If you need a hospital in Antalya you would be wise to look here...

Many thanks to this hospital, my father came to them in an extremely serious condition, they saved his life. Special thanks to the doctor Serhan Ozlu for the level and quality of the surgical operation performed and international department manager Irade Yuksel which was in touch and interaction 24/7, and helped with all questions. Thanks for your attitude and help!

The nurses on the 4th floor were amazing, they were extremely caring and supportive. They were constantly checking that I was okay and so it has been a great experience. I cannot praise them enough!

I am on holiday in Turkey from England and was in my 5th week when I started having extreme pain in my abdomen after 2 days I could take it no more and went to hospital . I have not been to hospital in England and was very apprehensive , I need not have been , from the minute my good friend Mick got me to reception to the time I left 6 days later I could not have been looked after better . My personal doctor/ surgeon , nurses assistants cleaners reception staff and any one else I’ve missed off are all a credit to their profession . Thank you so much for everything you did for me and you all keep well , normally I would say see you soon but not this time ,maybe in a cafe though Norman

Absolutely stellar service and quality. The staff in the international department speak perfect English and are very kind and professional. Fadil (one of the staff) took care of all my insurance issues, got me coffee and took me around the hospital—translating whenever necessary. Had to do a couple of test all of which took around 20 minutes. The doctor was clear, thorough and explained his thinking well. Have had some very bad experiences in my years of traveling. However, visits like this really speaks to the standard of (at least private) Turkish medical services and makes you feel comfortable and safe. Bravo!

My doctor at Life Hospital Antalya was exceptional, his manner was lovely and his English excellent. The nursing staff were absolutely wonderful, so caring and attentive and the language difference caused no issue. Hygiene was 10/10. I would highly recommend.
