I bought an apartment in September through this company. I was very afraid of buying, because this is my first purchase outside of Russia. But it turned out that I was afraid in vain))). I bought an apartment according to my criteria in 3 days. They helped me IN GENERAL in everything: negotiations with the developer and obtaining a discount, registration of property (Vyacheslav was with me at the receipt of Tapu), after that they helped me choose and order furniture, air conditioners, kitchen appliances ... I flew away, and all of the above without my participation turned out to be in the apartment, it was connected, placed and worked !!! After returning again in half a working day I was taken to all services and subscribers for gas, electricity and water were connected. Even the curtains helped to buy !!! Oh yes, I forgot that we were looking for a safe in 4 stores, but we found it !! I alone didn’t do anything from the moment I arrived and met Vyacheslav and Natalia. I was taken everywhere, one might say along the VIP corridor)))) I advise everyone to contact Antalya Paradise !!! If you call them, say hello from me). I now live in an apartment that I bought without even blinking an eye. Come, we will be neighbors. P.s. The son was also taken to kindergarten quickly and without difficulties thanks to the company's employees.

I would like to share our experience of buying an apartment in Turkey. Previously, my husband and I rested in Turkey in hotels and each time we thought about buying an apartment, and with the advent of the child, we realized that the rest in the hotel is not very suitable for small children (noisy music, tipsy tourists, etc.) We began to look closely at real estate in Antalya. When it was decided to buy real estate in Antalya, the first thing we encountered was the selection of the right realtor, I would not want to fall into the hands of scammers! By asking friends, we came to the conclusion that we need to trust professionals and it is better to deal with compatriots who have settled long ago and know the language and laws of Turkey - we speak and think in the same language, ideally so that they would be the owners of the company. The task was to buy, register, and obtain a residence permit. And after a week of deliberation, having talked to different companies, we stopped at Antalya paradise. The call to Natalia, and her answer determined our further actions, we agreed to view interesting apartments. Natalia's husband, Vyacheslav, and Natalia herself came to the hotel. We went to view the objects. The impression of the professionalism was overwhelming. Everything was businesslike, at the existing objects (the final stage), they organized a show of apartments for us, helped us with the choice, treated us to tea and coffee. The impression was that Natalya and Vyacheslav were on friendly terms with many developers. In short, everything was businesslike and at the same time at home, as we love and are used to. Having traveled Konyaalti and Lara, during the day we found what we needed, this is a beautiful, bright apartment 3 + 1, on the 2nd Turkish floor, 1200 m from the sea, in a complex with a swimming pool, playground, hamam, sauna, 24-hour security and an underground garage. Natalia, after short negotiations, was able to bring down the price, we were happy with the bonus that fell! We made an advance payment to the developer, Natalya took us to the tax office, issued an inn, then to the bank, where they quickly opened an account, and a month later arrived, deposited the rest of the funds to complete the transaction and obtain a residence permit, the guys provided everything, made a rendezvous to obtain a certificate of ownership and two days later we were invited to a rendezvous to obtain a residence permit. And already in their apartment with a fresh renovation they were waiting for an alert when the courier brought a residence permit card (about 3 ndel), bought the missing furniture with Natalia, and Vyacheslav organized an excursion to Cappadocia for us, everyone was delighted. In general, all that we feared was dispelled by the goodwill and professionalism of these people. Many thanks to them! We enjoy the apartment, the view from the windows to the sea and mountains, the conditions, the friendliness of our neighbors! We recommend that you contact them, you will feel confident with them!
