I thought this place belonged to the state, but it was not privately owned, I wanted to help, I asked, I inquired and learned that orphans in need of help are cared for, but I have not yet understood how the system works, it may be the state pays the wages of children in need.

She is accepted from the age of two. The students who are trained are delivered to the people who are responsible for them at the end of the day.

No indoor or outdoor system camera in nursery. There's a nursing room, but no nurses or any health workers. Employees do not have first aid training or certification. They're not interested except one teacher. I understand that when you speak with the authority of commercial concerns.
