Institutional service building in a central location and in a wide area. Since some municipalities are in a narrow area, both the staff are overwhelmed and the business is a little lagging. This provides a spacious working environment with a fairly large area. So these are the points I pay attention to :)) if the employees are comfortable, ok :))
