Yargıtay'da 3- 4 yıl beklenen kararlar, BAM'da en fazla 45 günde çıkıyor.
Adalet Bakanlığı'nın, 'Türk yargı sisteminde en büyük ikinci reform' olarak nitelendirilen 'istinaf mahkemeleri' uygulaması, bir taraftan Yargıtay üzerindeki ciddi iş yükünü azaltırken, diğer taraftan 'temyiz' olarak adlandırılan itiraz dosyalarında karar sürecini büyük ölçüde kısalttı.
As the supervisory mechanism of the court decisions of FIRST degree, the time for a file to be decided in the criminal offices of the Regional Court of Justice (BAM), which was established instead of the Court of Cassation, was calculated as 6.9 days, and 8.2 days in the law offices. The decisions that are expected to take 3 to 4 years in the Supreme Court are made in 45 days at the most in BAM.
The Ministry of Justice's practice of 'courts of appeal', which is described as the 'second biggest reform in the Turkish judicial system', reduced the serious workload on the Supreme Court on the one hand, and shortened the decision process in the so-called 'appeal' appeal files.

Unless a criminal is given to the fraudsters in the country as a fellow, the judges who think they work here will wait for the choooook. If the pashas are arbitrary, they will look at the cause of the weirdness.
