I bought a 4 wheeler suitcase of medium size, which is very comfortable as it drives very easy and you can maneuver with only 1 hand easily.
Unfortunately during the luggage transfer airlines company damaged the suitcase - broke off 2 of the 4 wheels.
I filled the report about damaged suitcase in the airport and contacted the air flights company. They asked me to prove the worth of the suitcase by providing a receipt of purchase (which I have thrown away) or sending the web link to the particular model of suitcase indicating the price.
I didn't know where to look for the price therefore I contacted the Antalya Bavul Sanayi company to ask for the retail price of such suitcase on Friday evening (please have in mind that it was already after working hours) and I was pleasantly surprised, when I got an email reply the same evening within 2 hours. I asked only about the retail price of suitcase, however I got mush more - Company representative offered me the spare parts.
AND THE BEST PART - I asked how much will spare parts cost me. Their answer was even more stunning - they will send it to United Kingdom, to my home address FOR FREE. So I indicated my home address, and the next morning (on Saturday) I got an email confirmation saying that spare parts are sent out already. Wow!
That's the customer service that even corporate companies can envy.
