We had to visit this hospital wihtout choice from airport. Staff barely speaks English. They charged precisely 1000 Eur per night. There was no explanation how this price was so exact and nobody could present any pricelist. They just try to rob tourists. Stay away from this place!

The Royal Seginus hotel doctor that worked for this hospital first charged me freaking 125€ Just for an examination and he then said he can't help my 14 months old son who had high body temperature and send me to this hospital where they charged me another 400€ and just left us wait for the doctor for another 45 minutes. What a ripoff this people are. Shameless . When i asked where is the doctor, the medical staff said if you want you can wait, if you don't want to wait, you can leave. They take your money and don't care about the pacient. This is not a way to treat a pacient, specially a little baby. Awful service arrogant staff.

Not recommend at all specially if you are tourist there is more hospitals . Please don’t visit there. Reception rude behaviour . They are butchers they don’t interested to examine you . I have very bad experience

They were in the hospital with covid, we were looked after, treated and helped as much as possible. thanks for the help.

Extremely bad experience. I booked appointment with Dr., who told me it's gonna cost around 400 TL, but when I came for my appointment I was charged nearly 600 TL! Nobody speaks English there and not even trying to!(in other hospitals at least if they don't speak English they try to use Google translate, but this is not the case), reception staff extremely slow and helpless. Doctor which was introduced to me as English speaking could hardly communicate. At the end of my visited I asked the guy from international patients department about cost of child delivery in the hospital, he promised to get back to me in 1 or 2 days (which is already freaking weird!! Why not to have just simply printed price list!!), but I never got a call back

Appealed to this hospital with tourist insurance. They have Russian speaking assistance - Mustafa and Olga helps me to do all what I need, they were very friendly and demonstrated a personal approach. Doctor listened carefully for all of my problems, ordered examinations and answered the questions. I had a pleasant experience in this hospital.

Got PCR here, it costed 175 liras. Results were ready in 6 hours, they don't send it via E-mail, so you shall receive it personally. Personnel collected material quickly, on a separate container near the building. Receptionist girls were very friendly, spoke English. Also, as I understood, PCR works 24/7. Can recommend.

Got a PCR test here. Staff was friendly and efficient, spoke a few words English as well. The certificate was ready after 6 hours. The hospital charges the standard government rate of 170 Lira. Process was easy and straightforward, can recommend.
