FRAUD WARNING!!! We booked with hana travel a transfer from and to the airport, we paid the whole amount ahead but the day of the transfer to the airport they didnt show up, we almost missed our plane, they kept giving silly excuses and didnt pick us from the hotel, be careful its a fraudulent company

Hana services were top class from picking us at the airport to us then booking them again to take us to Terra city in which they were again on time. All the vehicles we travelled in the drivers have been friendly and helpful and the cars are always clean. I cannot recommend Hana travels enough they truly took the stress away from our travels

Having been to Antalya on many occasions finding a good reliable transfer company is often a bit hit and missy the big travel companys and holel provders are well overpriced. You can normally get a private transfer for what they charge for a shuttle bus if your traveling as a family Great service with this company and everything is well organized. Changing your plans is no problem with these and they call to make sure everting is ok.this is the best transfer service i have used in many trips to Antalya. And will be the onlyAndy one i use from now onwards.

The staff speaks English well and was very accommodating. I use their service multiple times while I was in Antalya and I was satisfied by it. Pricey but trustworthy and excellent service ?

Used them once to get to Antalya airport from the hotel and was 100% satisfied with the service. Booked the day before (dispite it was August, Saturday afternoon with the transfer being on Sunday morning), promptly received all confirmations on my email. The price was competitive, the vehicle was on time (clean Mercedes van in good condition, with leather seats), the toddler seat was there, the driver spoke English and the car also had Wi-Fi. Great that they have an option of paying cash (which also added to their credibility). Thanks a lot for the service, will definitely use this company next time I travel to Antalya!

More than just a transfer company. Hana Transfer surpassed all our expectation. The price-value, the response time, the exactness of their service, the quality of the cars, the drivers, and all other details was more than perfect. We were a big group and had many different pickup and drop offs. Everyone in our group: old, young, man, woman were super happy with the transfers. Hana Transfer arranged everything perfectly and quickly, without any need for us reminding them of any special wishes/points for our group. Their response time to my emails was very fast. I was able to communicate easily and quickly with them in English. They also provided me with a lot of useful tips for things to do and places to visit/avoid in Antalya. The minivan that was used for the transfer was in very good shape, clean, with heating, cooling, baby seat, free water, TV in the car, audio system, even free WiFi and even laptops for guests. We had asked for a baby seat, and they brought us different baby seats so we can choose the one that matches best for us. The driver was very proper and exact. He was always there before the time we had set up. We never had to wait. He spoke just enough English for us communicate all our needs. Also for the payment, we had all possibilities: To pay online with a credit card, to do a bank transfer, to pay cash on Turkish Lira or Euros. All the details (like parking spots, needs for families with babies, and etc.) were communicated clearly from the beginning. We also experienced a mistake (which we made ourselves) and we were very thankful of how quickly and easily it was resolved. We wanted a pickup at 3:00 pm, but we had said 3:00 am instead. So the driver came at 3:00 am and gave us a call. We told him it was a mistake and called the hotline at 08:00 am in the morning. They corrected the time at no extra cost and without any complications or hassle. They talked very good English and it all went very smoothly. I strongly recommend Hana Transfer to anyone who is looking for a airport or city transfer in Antalya.

Fabulous service, friendly drivers and very comfortable Mercedes vehicle. Provided booster seats as requested. Pick up to return to airport was exactly on time. Could not fault.
