Another Ankara

Today I went to carry goods. I had 22 tons of luggage. They made a tiny door on the side of block B. I couldn't pass. I hit my safe on the door. Manager and security are so low there is no humanity.

I have been living as a tenant for 7 months. The interiors of the houses are beautifully spacious and high-quality materials are used. However, if we come to the bad sides; I live in 4 + 1, while the thermostat is constant 24 degrees during the winter months, a monthly 800 lira natural gas bill comes. Also, the heating on the floors of the bedrooms of 4 + 1 in block c-2 is not working. There is a 6 degree difference between the corridor and my bedroom. Although a 15 degree warming bill is reflected to the empty flats of the building, the heating of the empty flats is not opened to reduce the bills of the building, so if your lower flat is empty like me, you pay such high bills. Again, right in front of the c-2, there is a huge medium voltage power pole in the site, the sales representative said the same to me 7 months ago. Do not even believe anything said in the sales office. I work in Akyurt because it is close to my job, I hired it here, I would not stay on this site in life if I worked elsewhere.

Really another city in Ankaran, intertwined with nature, the price of the apartments is a little too high, if you compare the prices according to the environment, it is like 2 or even 3 times.

My son is sitting. They increased their dues from 250 liras to 500-odd liras in 1 year. The bedrooms of 4+1's do not heat, meanwhile, extremely high heating costs are coming. I suggest you don't believe anything the sales reps say. Last year, they told us that the heating comes between 200-300, but my son paid an average of 700 lira per month of natural gas bill all winter.

Too far from the city, there is no market nearby, 70% of the buildings on the top of the mountain are empty, both the rent and the sale price are too high

I moved to this site as a host on August 30, 2021. The site is located right in the forest, the location is very nice. The landscape area is large, there is a lot of space for children to play. I give 4 stars because of the contractor company. I am the first person to sit in the house, as can be seen in the additional pictures, the toilet seats and thermostat were never installed. When I reported this to the contractor company, they apologized and waited for those who would fix these deficiencies, but they did not make up for the deficiencies and they made us look like thieves. They say, "We never deliver missing flats, we keep a record on every delivery". When we ask where to bring that report, there is no record there either. They say, "The value of your house is 1,600,000 TL, you bought it cheap, don't talk about it". It's like a joke, but the truth is, I would make up for most of the shortcomings out of my own pocket. The second situation is that the site is uninhabited. When I researched this situation from the municipality, they said that the reason was due to the shortcomings of the contractor company. The biggest missing was the waste water expense, the company did not make this expense in accordance with the regulations, therefore no occupancy was given. The third issue is the giant electric pole in the site, 3 years ago, the sales office said that this pole would be removed after 3 months. The pole still stands. When we received the title deed, we saw that the Electricity Administration has annotated the title deed, leased the area where the pole is located for 99 years, so it seems that it will not go up for another 99 years.

It is a site with plenty of oxygen, surrounded by forest. The materials used are of high quality, and the atmosphere will be more perfect when the second stage is built.
