Annabella Diamond Hotel

Few improvements needed but overall good hotel to relax, great sandy beach, nice bar area. Elevator sometimes can be problem due to long waiting time. Everything accessible in small area, from bar, restaurants and the beach. Different animation/shows each evening. Rooms on road side are noisy with car/truck sound. Overall recommended.

The hotel has amazing entertainment team which is worth 10 from 5 stars. It is the best issue in the hotel. Also very nice staff at the restautant. But kitchen, room cleaning service should be changed. The small reconstruction also is needed. The most important - hotel management policy should be changed asap, when you arrive and are informed that there is no your room.

My favourite family holiday hotel. Love everything about this place. Just staff called Esma is a bit grumpy and lacks manners. Overall staff is excellent

Would really like to give this hotel 5 star review, as everything was on par or even exceeded expectations except for the restaurant experience. The food was below average, nothing tasted very good. Compared to some other Turkish hotels this one lacked variety too. Not to mention that I had food poisoning and basically did not eat anything for a couple days at all. Having high expectations to taste some of rich Turkish cousine was one of my top priorities during holiday. So that was disappointing. Due to the pandemic situation it was very inconvenient to explain exactly what and how much I wanted on my plate every time (I'm very conscious about leftovers). But I guess this is not to fault thr hotel itself as these are current regulations. We also paid extra for the sea view room, which was not available when we first arrived. But after one night we were given the chance to change rooms and were offered free wifi for our troubles (normally wifi costs 1€/day in this hotel). Other than that everything else was fine, including the outside pool, the beachside is beautiful, cosy hotel interior and the outside terrace has one of the best views I've seen. Beautiful sunset with a glass of red wine - could't ask for a better end of the day.

We love this hotel. Unfortunately this year were different experience due to covid influence. It was not the same but overall we had a good time here. The staff are most helpful and friendly. Some of them even remembered us from our previous visits. Good hotel to catch last warm of the year.

This place in our experience is horrible, and worth maybe 3 stars hotel, but not definitely 5 star hotel, the staff in the lobby is not even friendly and very helpful, first day when we came, we didn’t have hot water and couldn’t go in shower, for the internet you have to pay 1€ per day per device, internet is so slow, that you can’t even send photos . after room service, our room card has gone from room, second time also. music always playing very loud in the lobby, every day till 12pm. so you can go sleep only when the music is turned off. the outside bar, doesnt event work till 12pm. as their are saying in hotel discription, max till 10pm. the hotel capacity is about 1000 , and the sunbeds near the pool is maybe 40 ? not very good idea. not every staff speaks english also , definitely not choosing this hotel next time, better chose other one! by the way, the food was quite nice ?

This is pure disaster ? Arrived 2:10 am Met a guy at reception who can't speak a word in English Giving me and my family a room with 3 beds and the last one was a bed seen from jails I argued with them through Google Translate and finally I paid for n extra room, and minutes before they told us that the hotel is fully booked We went to the second room and it had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the doorhandle, Stay away and do not waste your money here

Highly recommended! Great location, positioned on a nice long sandy beach. The food was good, well prepared, plenty of choice and great value for the all inclusive price. By far it was all the staff that made our stay extra special, they were always willing to help, the cleaning team were constantly working cleaning all areas internal and external from the early hours till late, keeping the entire place spotless. Mehmet and the animation team were working nonstop throughout our stay doing everything they could to ensure that all guest we're having the best experience without being too pushy, they were great with our children too and entertained them throughout our holiday. The spa and Turkish bath is well worth a visit too, the massage packages were fantastic and great value for money. Overall we would highly recommend Annabella Diamond it would be very hard to do better for the price.
