★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karadeniz turunda eşimle birlikte batum a geçerken çok büyük sorun yaşadık. Esimin kimliği kızlık soyadıyla kalmıştı kpss sın avı olduğu için degistiremezdik. Ve polis batuma giremezsiniz dedi.ama anker turizm sorun olmaz demişti bunun la ilgili bu sorunun çözümunu istiyorum.ve anker turizm cevap olarak bizde bugüne kadar sorun yasanmamisti denildi.suanda bizden sonra üç günlük evli olan bir çift de bu tura katılmış. Onlar sınırı geçerse firmaninda dediği gibi çifte standart varmış diyeceğim. O yüzden bunun ispatini belgeler le istiyorum. Sınırı geçsin geçmesin belgeleri tüm bilgileri istiyorum .eğer gecemezlerse firmadan bu kaybin karşılanması için tüm yollara başvurucam.esim batumu çok görmek istiyordu. Manevi kayıp var.ayrica kimlik değişme konusunda hiçbir bilgi vermediniz yalan söylemeyin lütfen. Bunun bedelini ödeyin. Kesinlikle firmanın verdiği yanıt yanlıştır.isletmeyi koruma adına yapılan bir cabadir. Çünkü tülin hanım la telefonda iki görüşme yaptım. Yani aradım sonra bir gün sonra da aradım. Ilk konuşmada mehmet bey çifte standart olabilir dedi. Ikinci yani bir gün sonra görüşmede kimlik degistermen gerektiğini söylemiştim sana dedi. Bu iki görüşme çelişkili değil mi sizce.neden ilk görüşmede kendini savunmadi ve orada lütfen işim soyisim belirtmissiniz hemen silin lütfen
