It was delightfully built at the time, but now poorly managed. Management is quite inadequate. 3-4 employees work in a huge structure. So cleaning sucks. It is not clear what the other employees are doing, except for the smiling lady at the desk and the security guards. Her elevators have been red-labeled for several years.
