Kurum içi eğitimlerde nasıl vatandaşı yorarız, işi uzatıp başka kurumlara işi atarız eğitimleri veriyorlar diye tahmin ediyorum. "Kurumda karar alındı, bu yazılara bu sekilde cevap verilecek." diyerek istediginiz islemi asla bir seferde yapamadiginiz kurum.
3 yıldızı da işini gerçekten en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışan azınlık için veriyorum...
