★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a disgrace. It is the only public information office in the capital city of a country which promotes tourism. On 21-04-22 it had no map, no information, the only member of staff didn't speak English (which would go a long way with a number of different nationalities). She kept speaking Turkish at me even though I made it clear I couldn't speak the language. It is also a kind of library - fine - but as a tourist information office it was pointless.
