★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankarada hesaplı ve merkeze yakın temiz bir otel. Bulunduğu konum itibariyle sessiz. Otoparkı mevcut. Sıcak suyu duş almak için çok iyiydi. Klima var ama sesli çalışıyor. Yataklar rahat ama yastıklar daha yumuşak olabilir? Odalarda su yok kendiniz almalısınız! Akşam yemeği mevcut değil ama yakın yerlerde yeme içme yerleri, marketler var. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli. Sessiz olması ve uygun fiyatlı olması sebebiyle kesinlikle tercih ederim.
 Affordable and clean hotel close to the center in Ankara. Quiet at the location. Parking available. The hot water was very good for taking a shower. They have air conditioning but it works audibly. The beds were comfortable but could the pillows be softer? No water in the rooms should get yourself! Dinner is not available but there are places to eat and drink nearby, markets. The morning breakfast was adequate. I prefer it because it is quiet and affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara Parlamenter Pino Hotel ; konumu ve bahçesi güzel...Fakat işletmecilik anlayışı ve konaklama olarak sunulan hizmet ( müşteri memnuniyeti, temizlik kahvaltı ve restoran vb.) yönünden, personelin hizmet içi eğitime ihtiyacı var.
Ilgili ve yetkililerce denetlenirse mevcut durum daha da düzelir.

Ankara Parliamentary Pino Hotel; The location and garden are beautiful... But in terms of the understanding of management and the service offered as accommodation (customer satisfaction, cleaning, breakfast and restaurant, etc.), the staff needs in-service training.
If it is supervised by the relevant and authorities, the current situation will improve even more.
I would like to express my special thanks to Ali from Zile, the housekeeper at the aforementioned hotel.
