Hemen servisi aradım servisin el değiştirdiğini çalışanların çoğunun aynı olmasına rağmen bişey yapamıcaklarını 1yıldan fazla süre geçtiğini söyledi ben arabamı sadece yetkili servise götürmeme rağmen başka hiç bir şekilde tamirciye gitmeme rağmen servissen başka hiç bir şekilde motor koruyucu kapağının kayıp olmasının imkanı yok hiç güvenilir bir servis değil I bought my Jeep ranegade brand car from this edan, I had this service done all the time for maintenance. When I went to the special service in Eskişehir this year, we saw that the car's engine cartel protector was not in place. I called the service immediately, the service changed hands, most of the employees said that they couldn't do anything even though they are the same, they said that it has been more than 1 year, although I only took my car to the authorized service, although I did not go to the repair shop in any other way, there is no possibility of the engine protective cover being lost in any way other than service.

We told him No. Just change this and that. And invoice reduced to about 30,000 Tl, plus we show them where the real problem is Wich actually cost 100$ changing two small air valves that's it. Same time we drove the other car to Toyota plaza. Everything was great. They also wash the car and engine. Change all fluids and gave us a recommendation for next service ...in jeep they didn't clean or wash the car they told us they can change the oil because of oil plug is stuck. We went to oil change service in street. They open it very easy and change the oil clean the filter and do what jeep didn't. I wonder how Jeep service can let any jeep leave thier place dirty not serviced . If jeep can't fix jeep who can. More to say. In Toyota plaza we have places to set and having tea and coffee and even playstation to play ?.
