★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15.07.2021 tarihinde İstanbul Güngören'den malımız İzmire cumartesi teslim edilmek üzere alınıdı. Cumartesi günü mal ne zaman gelecek diye sözde firma yetkilisi Hakan adında bir şahsı aradım ve malınızı getiremem beni sıkıştırmayın dedi.Malı kime verdiyseniz ona sorun dedi. Firma yetkilisi kaba bir şekilde yaklaşırsa şöförleri düşünemiyorum. Ambardan kendimiz teslim almak için malın nerede oldugunu sordugumuzda telefonu suratımıza kapattı ve kendisine bir daha telefonla ulşamadık. Bayram üzeri siparişlerimizi gönderemedik E-ticaret yaptığımız için siparişlerimizi bayramdan önce göndermemiz lazımdı. Bu firma yüzünden magdur ve müşterilerimize karşı mahçup olduk. Personellerimiz şehir dışına çıkamadılar bu yüzden. Bir işi başarılı yapamıyorsanız yapmayın hele müşteri ile ne şekilde konuşulacağını bilmeyen ilkel tipler hiç yapmasın.
 Our goods were received from Güngören, Istanbul on 15.07.2021 to be delivered to Izmir on Saturday. I called a person named Hakan, the so-called company official, to ask when the goods will arrive on Saturday and he said, "I can't bring your goods, don't press me. Ask whoever you gave the goods to." If the company official approaches rudely, I can't think of the drivers. When we asked where the goods were in order to receive them from the warehouse ourselves, he hung up on us and we could not reach him by phone again. We couldn't send our orders over the holiday. Since we do e-commerce, we had to send our orders before the holiday. Because of this company, we were embarrassed against our victims and customers. That's why our staff could not go out of the city. If you can't do a job successfully, don't do it, especially primitive types who don't know how to talk to customers.
