★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir Kırşehirli olarak yıllardır gittiğim mekan ancak bu hafta son gidişim oldu muhtemelen, kokoreci eskisi gibi lezzetli değil, ekmekleri ısıtıyoruz diye resmen yakıyorlar ve yerken ağzınıza yanık tadı geliyor, ayrıca ekmekteki kokoreç miktarı az ve kokoreci çok kuru yerken insanın boğazında kalıyor nerede o eski tat, muhtelelen para kazanma kaygısı ön plana çıkmış mekanda, bundan sonra gitmeyi düşünmüyorum.
As a Kırşehir native, I've been going for years, but this week was probably my last visit. The kokorec isn't as tasty as it used to be, they literally burn the bread because we're warming it up, and you get a burnt taste when you eat it. Also, the amount of kokorec in the bread is low and the kokorec is very dry when you eat it, where the old taste stays in your throat. I don't think I'll go any further, probably because of the concern of making money in the place.
