I have never seen such indifferent employees in my life as this hospital. They do not even look at us as patients and do not care about us in the least. This includes the personnel who give a serial number.

The navigation displays incorrectly. It shows Ibn Sina, not the hospital in Cebeci. It needs to be fixed urgently. I'm late for my appointment.

Doktorlar desen günü kurtarma çabasında hastalar umurlarında değil. As a healthcare professional, I definitely do not recommend this hospital. It's a decent hospital. They do nothing but humiliate people. Doctors don't care about patients in an effort to save the pattern day.

Ramazan, the neurologist, and the ophthalmologists at the hospital are quite uninterested and far from empathy. I would definitely not recommend.

Sıraya uymadan yapılan işlemler, doktorum şahsi görüşmesini 25 dk beklemem ve bitmemesi sonucu benim itirazım ve ısrarımla artık işlemin yapılması fakat işlem sırasında doktorun -hastane personeli olmayan- misafirinin odadan çıkmaması! Doktorla randevum ve sıramı fazlasıyla bekleyerek nihayet görüşürken yaşlı bir beyefendinin yayılarak oturup odada çay içmesi rezilliği. Meslek hayatımda böyle bir şeyle karşılaşmadığım gibi hizmet alan bir hasta olarak da en berbat deneyimimdi. As a paramedic, I was shocked by the staff attitude. Unfortunately, I went to family medicine. They were extremely rude. Procedures done without following the order, waiting for 25 minutes for my doctor's personal meeting and it did not end, so on my objection and insistence, the procedure is now done, but the doctor's guest, who is not a hospital staff, does not leave the room during the procedure! My appointment with the doctor and the disgrace of an old gentleman spreading out and drinking tea in the room while I finally see him, waiting too long for my turn. It was my worst experience as a patient receiving service, as I have never encountered such a thing in my professional life.
